No problem!

If you need to return a piece of jewelry we ask that it is returned within 15 days of receipt and in the original condition. You will receive a 100% REFUND OF THE PRICE OF THE ITEM. Please include order number or contact information with instructions for return or exchange inside the box. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Patience, please. You can expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Jewelry that has been damaged by the customer will not be refunded.

Bracelets that have been bent or broken will not be accepted for return. Be sure to insure all return items and use proper packaging to prevent damage.
